BONAPARTE USA’s PARK MODEL

Our park models are made with a solid steel structure that offers incredible strength when compared to a typical park model’s wood and aluminum construction. This means our units stand up to the elements – high winds, earthquakes, fire, even falling tree branches. They offer outstanding security.

There is a new trend for a RV Park Model Trailers Bonaparte USA RVs Shipping Container Homes. Many RV and outdoor enthusiasts have become aware of the negative environmental impact of the large vehicles required to tow RV trailers and campers.

They also understand the large amount of work required to pack up a trailer, tow it to a site, set it up, and then repeat the process. For these reasons, many people are choosing to purchase recreational properties where they can set up their RV in a semi-permanent fashion. They can then drive to the RV location in a fuel-efficient car, and arrive to a “ready-to-use” RV. This new trend is called Bonaparte USA RVing has a full line of Park Model Units designed to make your destination RV experience all that it should be!

If the whole point of having an RV is to enjoy being out in nature, it only stands to reason that you should be concerned about how your product impacts nature. Bonaparte RVs are made from 100% recycled and recyclable steel that can be completely remodeled inside.

I would like the following added to our Fortress RV section with a transfer button to the Park model section.

If you’re looking at older mobile homes, you’re likely to find Vinyl on Gypsum (VOG) wallboards, and most new manufactured homes have either Paper on Gypsum (POG) wallboard or finished drywall options.

They typically have a timber frame, which is then mounted on a robust steel chassis.

FAQ

How do Bonaparte’s Park Models compare to conventional Park Models?

The major difference is in quality.  Bonaparte’s Park Models are built to the same construction standards as commercial properties.  Additionally, the interior finishes are similar to higher-end hotels.

What are the specifics on Bonaparte’s construction?

It starts with the exterior.  The units are made from new shipping containers.   These containers have a full Corten steel wall structure and are virtually indestructible.  They are built to withstand 30 years at sea while being stacked 13 high and are repeatedly craned on and off ships and trucks.  They hold 70,000 lbs. of cargo, and stacked 13 high, are built to have 1 million pounds of weight stacked on top of them.

The interior framing is commercial-grade light gauge steel, the same type used to build apartments.  There is no risk of termites, rot, or fire.  The insulation is closed cell type, the best quality of insulation available.  It prevents mold and never settles leaving gaps.   All windows and exterior doors are Miami-Dade hurricane-rated.

What about the finishes?

The flooring is all commercial-grade luxury vinyl planks.  The bathrooms are large with beautiful shower systems.  HVAC is with mini-split systems.  Cabinetry, lighting, and trim are the same as our building code-compliant residential versions.  Interior walls and ceilings can be covered with drywall, real wood planks, or simulated WPC wood planks.

Are these just real houses on wheels then?

In fact, yes they are.  They are built to the same standards as the residential homes sold by our sister company, Wyatt Homes.  And they can have a building inspector certificate of inspection quality issued that they comply, except for being on wheels, with the Florida Building Code for residential housing.

How about traditional Park Models?

Most traditional park models are built to RV standards of construction and finishes.  These are substantially less than even mobile home quality.  And this is exhibited by the rapidity in which they age, or how they perform in a major storm, versus a new residential home.

How do Bonaparte Park Models fare in a hurricane?

They should do fine in anything with under 175 mph winds if properly anchored to the ground in anticipation of a storm.  Bonaparte can provide a suitable anchoring system.  These are the place you want to be if you can’t leave the area during a major storm.

Don’t these units cost more than traditional Park Models?

Yes, they do   These units will sell from $99,000 to $169,000 depending on size and options (like a full rooftop deck with a spiral staircase).  But they are built to last decades, rent as  upscale rental units, and endure harsh weather.

How available are Bonaparte units?

They can be manufactured in approximately 8 weeks from the time a deposit is placed (depending on the amount of backlog).

What are Bonaparte’s credentials?

Bonaparte for years has been a fully Florida-licensed RV manufacturer.  It has many nightly rental units in place which can be viewed at the Camptelpoconos.com website.   It is a sister company to Wyatt Homes, LLC, a Florida-licensed residential and commercial general contractor who builds residential homes using virtually identical methodologies.

Why should I order now?

Because manufacturing capacity is limited and shared with Wyatt Homes.  The demand for these products is growing rapidly, so getting orders placed now can assure more immediate delivery times.
